TRAC's Winter Dinner 2010 has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 6, 2010 at the Sparrows Point Country Club. This is TRAC's annual opportunity for members and their spouses to get together and enjoy an evening of fine dining, friendship and dancing. Come join your fellow TRAC members as we launch our tenth year of operation.

ATTIRE: Ladies - Dress or pant suit TIME: 6:30 - 11:00PM, Cocktails 6:30 - 7:30, Dinner at 7:30 DETAILS: Happy Hour & Appetizer Display: (6:30 – 7:30) Domestic and imported cheeses display w/ savory crackers & spicy mustard garnished with a fresh fruit display Fresh vegetable display with pepper parmesan dipping sauce Chef’s choice upgraded hors d'oeuvres Buffet Dinner: (7:30) Cream of crab soup served to each diner
Roast tenderloin of beef with fresh horseradish, creamy horseradish, béarnaise sauce and mushroom sauce Broiled Maryland crab cakes with cocktail or tartar sauce accompanied with lemon wedges Nappa Chicken Roulade filled with spinach, sundried tomato and served with a red pepper couli Chef’s seasonal vegetable, roasted red potatoes rolls and butter Sodas, coffee and tea service available all evening Open bar from 6:30 – 9:30 with a cash bar thereafter Dessert:

In the case of pending inclement weather, TRAC can reschedule up to 48 hours before the dinner and should this happen, you will be contacted. Otherwise, the dinner will be
held.
