| July 21 2000 marked TRAC's first Topless Drive. Fourteen members
in twelve cars started out from Laurel and headed west into the night,
not knowing beforehand where we'd end up. The drive lasted for about
an hour and a half and ended at the Double T diner in Ellicott City.
