TRAC Legal stuff
TRiumphs Around the Chesapeake, Ltd., (TRAC) is incorporated in the State of Maryland and is an IRS-recognized tax-exempt nonprofit organization, as defined in the Internal Revenue Code, Section 501 (c) (7).
The current TRAC Board of Directors can be found on the club website by clicking on the Club Officers and Contact link. The current TRAC President is Mr. Randy Fryer.
A copy of TRAC's most recent IRS Form 990 and Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501 (a) are available upon request from TRAC’s Treasurer who can be reached by sending your email to the address listed at the bottom of this page. Upon receipt of your email, you will be notified by return email of the cost for copies of these documents and provided a snail mail address to send your payment. Copies will be sent after receipt of your payment to the snail mail address you provide. Your check should be made payable to TRAC.
As permitted by the IRS, TRAC “may charge a reasonable fee for providing copies.” Also as permitted, TRAC charges the IRS rate per page for providing copies. The IRS rate is currently $1.00 for the first page and 15 cents for each additional page. Additionally, TRAC will charge the actual postage costs we pay to provide you the copies. Payment must be received prior to copying and mailing.
